WhatsApp Business Platform Policies
The Service is a tool that allows access to the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of the Service is strictly subject to compliance with all applicable Meta policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. WEBQNIC has no control over Meta’s policies or enforcement actions and is not responsible if your WhatsApp account is banned, suspended, or restricted due to policy violations. You are solely responsible for message content and legal compliance.
Payment and Fees
Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan according to the pricing and payment terms shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You authorize WEBQNIC to charge your selected payment method.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, excluding Client Data, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of WEBQNIC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. WEBQNIC trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. If you purchase source code, usage rights are governed by a separate license agreement provided at purchase.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WEBQNIC TECH makes no warranties of any kind regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
WEBQNIC TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, third-party conduct, content obtained from the Service, or unauthorized access to your data, regardless of legal theory.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEBQNIC TECH, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any Meta or WhatsApp policy.
Changes
WEBQNIC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance where possible.
