SaaS Subscription Plans (WhatsApp API Panel)
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access continues until that time.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services and API provisioning costs, refunds are generally not offered for partial periods or already provisioned services.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a technical issue on our side prevents core service usage for an extended time, WEBQNIC may offer a partial refund or service credit at its discretion. This does not apply to Meta platform issues, policy violations, or third-party services.
Reseller Plans
Reseller plans follow the same rules as SaaS subscriptions. Payments for setup and active subscription periods are non-refundable.
Source Code Purchase
All source code sales are final and non-refundable. Since source code is a digital product that can be retained once delivered, refunds are not possible after download access is provided. Please review all details before purchase.
